Test visits are paid if they require accessory services as for instance: scaling, removing stone and deposit, etc.

The guarantee is effective after the entire plan of the treatment is put into force, embracing:
treatments from the scope of the surgery, periodontology, the non-invasive treatment and prosthetics.

In case of patients with dental gaps, in the situation when the non-performance of these treatments could have a significant influence on functioning of the filling or the prosthetic work in conditions of the oral cavity the patient is losing a right to the guarantee. if the patient in the moment of the dedication to the prosthetic work will have other dental gaps the guarantee isn't issued. a need to make up remaining existing dental gaps in 3 months period is a condition of receiving the warranty on prosthetic works a doctor is deciding on the need for the comprehensive treatment and is informing the patient about it during the visit establishing the plan of the treatment. the valid warranty/guarantee is effective since the day of completion of a given treatment.

The patient is losing a right to the guarantee when:

- inability to fill in of dental gaps in the period of three months - of failure to adhere to the system of test visits in 6 months - patient interrupts the planned treatment - when not applying oneself to recommendations in relation to the dental hygiene - natural disappearance of the bone - existing general disease adversely affecting the state of the oral cavity (np.osteoporosis, diabetes) - damage as a result of the functioning of outside forces (falls, grudges, improper storage) - advanced parodontopathies, the bruxism - independent interfering in the prosthetic work

Attention

Elements maintaining the top or a bridge aren't subject to a guarantee: crown-root in-lays, dental pillars in accordance with provisions of the law prosthetic works aren't returnable.
